You can only use the 1st effect of this card’s name once per turn.
(1) When a Spellcaster monster you control is targeted by an opponent’s effect or targeted for an attack by an opponent’s monster while this card is in your hand: You can target 1 card your opponent controls or 1 “Witchcrafter” Spell Card in your GY; Special Summon this card, and if you do, return that card to the hand.
(2) During your opponent’s Standby Phase: Return this card to the hand.
